How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email, just print it out or have it ready on your phone and bring it with you to the TV Tower. 

Please keep the e-ticket as you will need it when leaving the TV Tower.

How does it work?
Scan your tickets, either a printout or on your phone and skip the line to the TV Tower.

Holders of our skip the line-tickets will be prioritized at the entrance to the Tower. However, please note that there may be short delays at security and when waiting for the elevators.

How long are my tickets valid?
Your tickets are valid for a set date and time. 

Is my meal included?
No, this ticket lets you skip the line to the TV Tower and gives you the oportunity to reserve a table in the Sphere Restaurant. Meals are not included in the price. You book your meal from the à la carte menu. 

- Due to the Berlin TV Tower's interior, there is no access for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties, i.e. people who cannot walk without assistance or without walking aids, such as crutches etc.
